Thank you for choosing to enroll in RGV TOURS’ Easy Pay service. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They are an agreement between you and RGV TOURS that governs how you will pay your next tour and they affect your legal rights.
By clicking on the "PAY NOW" button on the Easy Pay enrollment payment page, you enroll in RGV TOURS’ Easy Pay recurring payments program, agree to these Terms and Conditions for Recurring Payments and authorize RGV TOURS to (a) initiate recurring automated clearing house (ACH) debit entries or debit card payments from the checking or savings account you specify, or (b) charge your specified credit card. The amount of any such recurring payments will be the full weekly or bi-weekly installment based on your choice. You also authorize RGV TOURS to credit your specified card in the appropriate amount for any refunds or other billing adjustments. All payments will be automatically withdrawn from your specified checking or savings account or charged to the designated credit or debit card.
Funds will be transferred from your account or charges will be made to your card on the day of your choice according to the number of installments set on the day you book your trip. Full cost of the trip should be paid in full on or before the departure date.
RGV TOURS SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OF ANY KIND THAT YOU MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF AN ERRONEOUS STATEMENT, ANY DELAY IN THE ACTUAL DATE ON WHICH YOUR ACCOUNT IS DEBITED OR YOUR FAILURE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE AND/OR VALID PAYMENT INFORMATION.
If any changes occur in the information on your reservation, you must immediately notify RGV TOURS in writing of such changes by contacting email@example.com, or by calling 1-888 RGV TOUR. If you either do not notify RGV TOURS in writing of such changes or do so in an untimely fashion, RGV TOUR shall bear no liability or responsibility for any losses incurred to the extent permitted by law. RGV TOURS sole liability to you shall be RGV TOURS’ obligation to make any appropriate changes once in receipt of your written notification.
RGV TOURS reserves the right to change these conditions at any time. Notice may be given on or with your bill or by other methods.
Either you or RGV TOURS may terminate this agreement at any time by giving the other party written notice reasonably in advance of the date of termination or any scheduled settlement date. To terminate this agreement (and revoke your authorization) you must submit written notice to RGV TOURS at firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be no refunds for deposits or any payments made towards your trip if you choose to cancel at any time. In case of cancelation by RGV TOURS you will receive full refund on all payments or deposits made.
You agree to be bound by any rules your financial institution requires for pre-authorized electronic funds transfers and/or that your debit or credit card issuer requires for pre-authorized debit or credit card transactions. Further, you acknowledge that RGV TOURS may receive updated credit card account information from the financial institution issuing your card.
Check with your financial institution to see if there are any fees associated with the pre-authorized payment option.
